"the Cemetery"

Through this animation I was seeking demonstrate a particular ambience to a group of designers and writers that I was hoping to work on another video game project with. Inspired by some odd song lyrics and an old Clive Barker novel, “the Cemetery” carries a heavy horror theme.

Visually this project may appear very simple, but its overall feel, including the atmosphere created by the audio, was more important to my goal for this piece.

Based on this animation, an ambitious game plot and an animated short film script are currently being developed by a small, enthusiastic team.
